In this course you learn the basics about throwing on the wheel and it also enables you to use our open studio if you’re a ceramics newcomer. We will teach you the essentials about clay, show you important techniques when using the wheel and in the end you will glaze your finished pieces. Enough clay, the glazes and firing your pieces is included in the price. 1st session (3h): learning the basics about clay and throwing on the wheel 2nd session (3h): trimming your thrown pieces, maybe adding handles, details or painting with Engoben 3rd session (2h): learning about glazes and glaze your fired pieces. This course always takes place at 6pm Minimum age: 16 years
